We lose weight before the stress on our bodies causes us to develop high blood pressure or diabetes. We begin to exercise, give up drugs or alcohol, and adopt a healthy lifestyle, just because we know the long term benefits are going to be worth it.
Sometimes, however, we are forced into those changes. An illness, an accident, an unexpected diagnosis… and we are told that NOW is the time to make those changes.
